LODGE CHIEF<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Chairman of the Lodge Executive Committee<\/li>\n
  2. Member of the Key 3<\/li>\n
  3. Oversees all Lodge operations<\/li>\n
  4. Casts deciding vote on all committee ties<\/li>\n
  5. Appoints Chairmen for all committees with the approval of the Key 3<\/li>\n
  6. Responsible for all actions of the Lodge, it\u2019s committees and it\u2019s members<\/li>\n
  7. Ad-Hoc member of all committees<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    LODGE VICE CHIEF<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Fills in for the Lodge Chief when he is unable to attend meetings or events<\/li>\n
    2. Member of the Lodge Executive Committee<\/li>\n
    3. Performs other duties as designated by the Lodge Chief<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      SECRETARY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Member of the Lodge Executive Committee<\/li>\n
      2. Take and maintain neatly the minutes of all Lodge meetings and read the minutes for approval at the next Lodge meeting.<\/li>\n
      3. If the Secretary is unable to attend a meeting thay must find a substitute for that meeting to neatly take notes.<\/li>\n
      4. Maintain all past Lodge minutes and records<\/li>\n
      5. The minutes shall contain the names of all Officers and Advisers in attendance at each meeting along with the starting and ending times.<\/li>\n
      6. Editor in Chief of the Lodge Newsletter<\/li>\n
      7. Webmaster for the Lodge Webpage<\/li>\n
      8. Responsible for all committees under their direction<\/li>\n
      9. Send approved copy of the minutes to all Lodge Executive Committee members, and Advisers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        TREASURER<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Member of the Lodge Executive Committee<\/li>\n
        2. Submits requests to the Council Service Center for checks to be issued at the behest of the Executive Committee<\/li>\n
        3. Record and maintains all financial records of the Lodge<\/li>\n
        4. Oversees the Trading Post and Lodge inventory<\/li>\n
        5. Presents annual Lodge budget to the Executive Committee for review.<\/li>\n
